We currently only accept orders from the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you!

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Shipping and Handling Time

It takes 1-3 business days for our warehouse to process your order after we receive your paid order, and we will email you a shipping email with a tracking number once the order has been processed. The cut-off time for orders is 5:00 p.m. Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. are considered next-day orders. We expect orders to arrive within 3-5 business days.

Free Shipping

All items in our store have free shipping throughout the United States.

How do I get a tracking number?

Upon receipt of full payment, we will process all orders. Once the order is complete, you will receive an email confirming your order. You will also receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email once your package is ready to ship.

Package Lost

If your package has not been delivered, or if the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service within 15 days of the date of your order for verification.

Shipping Delays

When transportation is delayed due to various force majeure factors such as weather, roads, etc., please do not be anxious. You can contact us via email and we will help you monitor the logistics.
